• A proper yellow mustard, sharp, tangy and smooth, but more supple than a traditional yellow! Made using the Cream Ale from Gladstone Brewery in Courtenay, and paprika from Gathering Place on Cortes Island.
• Best for hot/veggie dogs, burgers, or slathered on anything!
